Training and Mentorship for UT Students – Knowledge Lab Program

Within the framework of the CreaTech project, intensive training activities were implemented for students of the University of Tirana at the Faculty of Economics during the period October–December 2025, through the Knowledge Lab Program.

The program offered a hands-on learning experience where academic knowledge was combined with industry practice, aiming to develop students’ knowledge and skills in the fields of:

  • innovation and entrepreneurship
  • cultural and creative industries (CCI)
  • development of creative ideas and sustainable projects


Students participated in four main training modules:

  • Understanding and Generating Ideas in CCI
  • Managing Growth and Financial Sustainability
  • Building the Creative Business Framework
  • From Planning to Implementation – Business Plan Development

The outcomes of the program were highly encouraging: 149 students successfully completed the Knowledge Lab Training Program and  23 students participated in the Knowledge Lab Mentorship Program, focused on the development of creative projects and business plans.

Participants demonstrated strong engagement, commitment, and active participation, successfully fulfilling all program requirements and assessments. Upon completion, students were awarded certificates of participation.
