Throughout the mentoring process, the University of Patras supported eNVy Softworks in transforming a project-driven creative-tech company into a more strategically structured and investor-ready venture. The support focused on clarifying the business idea and vision, strengthening market positioning within the Cultural and Creative Industries, refining the product and innovation logic, and translating creative capabilities into a coherent business, operational, and financial plan. A key contribution was introducing the resource-based view of the firm, helping the start-up understand how internal capabilities and external expertise directly influence performance. This resulted in a clearer value proposition, improved internal organisation, and a professional business plan and pitch suitable for investors and partners.
