05 Dec 2025Developed through a consortium-wide needs assessment and co-design process leveraging the interdisciplinary expertise of all partner institutions, the CBP ensures a 55-hour hybrid training and mentoring pathway offered to academic and non-academic participants and providing a unique combination of four specialized modules, aligned with EntreComp, DigComp and GreenComp frameworks:
Module 1 – Innovation & Entrepreneurship in CCIs: Delving into innovation processes, service design approaches, entrepreneurial mindset and skills.
Module 2 - Digital Trends, Tools & Storytelling: Guiding through digital trends and tools from strategy to practice to turn communication concepts into real creative outputs.
Module 3 - Sustainability, Inclusion & Social Impact: Developing competences and skills for promoting sustainable practices in and through CCIs.
Module 4 - Soft Skills for Creative Innovation: Turning to skills for effective leadership, intercultural team work management, communication and networking.
Across all modules, the CBP blends video lectures, industry experts’ talks, hybrid online/onsite sessions, design labs, collaborative work and mentoring. HEIs are now actively running labs and hybrid sessions, empowering staff to become drivers of digital, green and social transformation across the CCI ecosystem.
